Job Duties

 

Utility Complaint Interviewer

·        Conduct phone interviews with customers who have utility-related complaints

·        Screen customers’ complaints to determine their ability to pay

Utility Termination Investigator

·        Investigate reasons for consumer utility service termination

·        Negotiate a utility offer to maintain service

·        Provide customers with guidance and referrals

Utility Complaints Investigator 1

·        Investigate and resolve complaints regarding fixed utility matters

·        Gather and analyze facts to render informal decisions

·        Negotiate settlements between parties

 

Qualifications

 

·        Must meet PA residency requirement

·        Testing occurs before qualification review.  Must meet requirements to receive score
