2013 Utility Consumer Activities Report and Evaluation
1st through 4th Quarter
The latest quarterly update to UCARE provides a snapshot of Bureau of Consumer Services (BCS) activity for the four quarters of 2013. It presents data on the customer service performance of the electric, gas, water and telephone industries. The update also reports the volume of consumer complaints, payment agreement requests (PARs) and inquiries received by BCS between January and December 2013.
