The 2012 Utility Consumer Activities Report and Evaluation is posted. This report measures customer service performance of the state’s major jurisdictional companies in the electric, gas, water and telephone industries. Performance measures include consumer complaint rate, justified consumer complaint rate, response time to consumer complaints, payment agreement request rate, justified payment agreement request rate, response time to payment agreement requests, infraction rate and termination rate.

It presents data on the customer service performance of the electric, gas, water and telephone industries.
