PUC Extends Deadline to File Reply Comments from Monday, Dec. 1, to Tuesday, Dec. 2, Related to Energy, Conservation and Efficiency, DSR En Banc

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) announced today that the PUC Secretary will accept late-filed reply comments through Tuesday, Dec. 2, at the docket number below, in response to testimony presented at the Nov. 19 en banc hearing on alternative energy resources, energy conservation and efficiency, and demand side response.

Since Dec. 1, is the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday, the PUC will consider comments that are filed a day later. 

Comments can be filed through the Commission’s Secretary’s Bureau.  For more information, including Secretarial Letters, testimony and audio from the hearing, please see the hearing’s Web page.
