PUC Fines Southeastern Pennsylvania Limousine Service for Violations

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) today fined K-Larens Transportation Service Inc. $5,250 for violations of the Public Utility Code and Commission regulations.  

The Commission voted 5-0 to fine the company for violations including permitting its drivers to operate its vehicles while under suspension for failing to maintain evidence of insurance on file with the Commission and for failing to have complete log sheets. 

K-Larens Transportation Service Inc. provides limousine service, between points in the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Philadelphia and the City of Philadelphia.
