Pennsylvania uses AlertPA to provide citizens and partners with timely information to assist them in making informed decisions. AlertPA delivers emergency and weather alerts, health notifications and updates.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) 
FEMA’s mission is to support our citizens and first responders to ensure that as a nation we work together to build, sustain, and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from, and mitigate all hazards.

FEMA Updates During Disasters 
FEMA offers a free service called Updates During Disasters. When a disaster is declared in a state or region FEMA generates e-mail bulletins to keep citizens updated about how to obtain assistance and reduce loss of life and property.

Edison Electric Institute - Storm Center
The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) is the association of U.S. Shareholder-Owned Electric Companies. Members serve 95 percent of the ultimate customers in the shareholder-owned segment of the industry, and represent approximately 70 percent of the U.S. electric power industry. When storms hit the U.S., EEI activates their Storm Center Map to show outages across the storm territory.

The Emissions & Generation Resource Integrated Database - (eGRID)
The eGRID is a comprehensive database on the environmental characteristics of all electric power generated in the U.S., including virtually every power plant and generating company in the country. It is maintained by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB)

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA)

Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (Hazmat)

DOT Auto Safety Hotline - U.S. Department of Transportation
