Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EE&C) Program

Act 129 directed that by July 1, 2009, all electric distribution companies with at least 100,000 customers are to develop and file an energy efficiency and conservation plan with the Commission for approval. Expedited Plan Approval Process Tentative Order

On March 31, 2011, the Commission adopted and released for comment a Tentative Order (Docket No. M-2008-2069887) proposing an expedited process for approval of minor Energy Efficiency and Conservation plan changes. Comments were due April 21, 2011 with reply comments due May 2, 2011.
