HARRISBURG – The Public Utility Commission (PUC) today approved MxEnergy Electric Inc. as electric generation supplier for residential and small commercial consumers throughout the Commonwealth.

The Commission voted unanimously to approve the license for MxEnergy. Pennsylvania electric consumers have the right to choose the company that generates their electricity from those who are licensed to do so within their service territory.
