PUC's Secretary's Bureau, Bureau of Consumer Services to Remain Open Following Early Closure of State Offices in Capitol Complex

With State Offices closing in the Harrisburg Capitol Complex, the PUC announced today its Secretary's Bureau and Bureau of Consumer Services would remain open with limited staffing.
Secretary’s Bureau
The Secretary’s Bureau will remain open with limited staff for regular business hours (closing at 4:30 p.m.) to accept filings that are due today. Questions should be directed to 717-772-7777.
Bureau of Consumer Services
The PUC’s toll-free hotline will remain open regular business hours until 4:15 p.m. with limited staffing. Consumers who are having issues with their utility service may continue to call 1-800-692-7380.
