Consumer Education Events


The PUC, in cooperation with utility companies, nonprofit organizations and state agencies, provide utility education and networking opportunities to the general public, and health and social service agencies who promote access, awareness and outreach to consumers in need.

How to Save Energy in Your Home - On Wed. February 20 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, representatives from the PUC, PECO and ECA will discuss how to save energy in your home and reduce your energy bills. The free event will take place at the Philadelphia City Institute Library on Locust Avenue.

Kensington Utility Fairs - The Kensington Utility Fairs will take place on Wed. March 6 from 1 to 7 PM at the Mann Older Adult Center and on Sat. March 9 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Rivera Recreation Center at 3201 North 5th Street, Philadelphia 19133. Both events are free, but an RSVP is recommended.
