PUC Releases Spring Edition of the ‘Keystone Connection’ Report

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) today released the spring edition of the Keystone Connection report. The quarterly report represents the PUC’s efforts to provide beneficial information to the public about important developments in the electric, natural gas, transportation, telecommunications and water markets.
The publication's format contains coverage of all utilities under the PUC’s jurisdiction, including news on consumer issues and general information on Commission happenings.
The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission balances the needs of consumers and utilities to ensure safe and reliable utility service at reasonable rates; protect the public interest; educate consumers to make independent and informed utility choices; further economic development; and foster new technologies and competitive markets in an environmentally sound manner.
