Save the Date: Act 129 Statewide Evaluator Energy Efficiency Baseline Studies and 2026 Technical Reference Manual Update Stakeholder Meetings

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) will hold a two-day meeting in Harrisburg for Act 129 stakeholders in February 2024.

The Act 129 2023 Statewide Evaluator Energy Efficiency Baseline Studies and 2026 draft Technical Reference Manual Update Stakeholder meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Thursday, Feb. 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Hearing Room 1 of the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg.

In advance of these meetings, the 2023 Residential Baseline Study report, Non-Residential Baseline Study report, and the draft 2026 Technical Reference Manual Update will be published and available on the Commission’s website.
