PUC Commissioner Kathryn L. Zerfuss to Moderate Careers in Energy Panel at Lehigh University

BETHLEHEM – Pennsylvania Public Utility Commissioner Kathryn L. Zerfuss will moderate a Careers in Energy Panel on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Lehigh University, Asa Packer Campus, STEPS Building, 1 West Packer Ave., Bethlehem.

Beginning at 4 p.m., Commissioner Zerfuss will moderate the Careers in Energy Panel hosted by Lehigh University in collaboration with the Public Utility Commission (PUC) and PPL Electric Utilities. Panelists include Katelyn Arnold, PPL, Regulatory Strategy & Compliance; Shalinee Kishore, Ph.D., Lehigh University, Institute for Cyber Physical Infrastructure and Energy; Carol Obando-Derstine, PPL Electric Utilities, Data Governance in Transmission & Substations; and Matt Wallace, PPL Electric Utilities, Grid Modernization.

The panel discussion will highlight the growing demand for skilled utility workers across Pennsylvania, and the utility industry’s ongoing efforts to encourage job seekers to explore careers in the growing utility and energy sectors.
