The competitive retail electricity market in Pennsylvania is closely monitored and managed by the PUC to ensure it functions properly. Through the Retail Markets Working Group and the Office of Competitive Market Oversight, the PUC explores opportunities to enhance customer choice and facilitate the development of retail markets throughout the state.
