PUC to Launch Local Telephone Choice Consumer-Education Campaign in Pittsburgh; Preview New Council for Utility Choice TV Ads

Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) Chairman Glen R. Thomas, Commissioners Aaron Wilson Jr. and Kim Pizzingrilli, members of the Council for Utility Choice, and several surprise guests will launch a new local telephone choice multi-media consumer-education campaign for Southwestern Pennsylvania. They will unveil new TV ads that will begin airing Monday, June 24, in the Pittsburgh market.
The launch event and news conference will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, at the Harris Theater, 809 Liberty Ave., in downtown Pittsburgh.
