PUC Approves Reynolds Water Company Rate Increase Settlement

The company had requested a $153,083 (46.8 percent) rate increase. One formal complaint was filed.
Under the settlement, the annual bill for an average residential customer using 44,000 gallons of water will increase approximately $80, from $240 to $320. The rate increase will affect approximately 724 residential customers in
The proposed increase will become effective on one days notice after the Commissions order is officially entered. Administrative Law Judge Fred Nene recommended on June 2 that the settlement be approved.
