Black History Month 2022

You are invited to celebrate Black History Month with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Multi-Agency Black History Committee. The national theme for Black History Month 2022 is Black Health and Wellness, which emphasizes and explores the importance of access to quality and affordable healthcare.

Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022

Pre-program begins at 11:45 a.m.

Program begins at 12 Noon

The event will consist of a panel of speakers that will focus on wellness, which includes the body, mind and spirit, entertainment, and educational component with students, and a slide show. The event is meant to impart a message of education and encouragement, designed to stimulate discussion and bridge cultures in furtherance of the national theme.
