You are invited to celebrate Black History Month with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Multi-Agency Black History Committee. The national theme for Black History Month 2024 is African Americans and the Arts. Our program will highlight the many impacts and influences that Black Americans have had on the arts throughout history.
