Black History Month 2024
You are invited to celebrate Black History Month with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Multi-Agency Black History Committee. The national theme for Black History Month 2024 is African Americans and the Arts. Our program will highlight the many impacts and influences that Black Americans have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements and more.

The event celebrates how African Americans use visual and performing arts, literature, fashion, folklore, language, film, music, architecture, culinary art and many other forms of cultural expression to share experiences and influence culture.
