THE UTILITY POLES REMAINED IN VIOLATION OF REASONABLE ACCESS TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY TO ALVIN DRIVE AND EASEMENT REPLACING WEBB STREET. DUQUESNE LIGHT HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY RECORD OF HAVING ACQUIRED THE REQUIRED PERMISSION FROM THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO PLACE THE UTILITY POLES IN THE RIGHT-OF- WAY SUCH TO HINDER ACCESS TO THAT RIGHT-OF-WAY. HE FEELS THAT DUQUENSE LIGHT COMPANY PLACED THESE POLES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHOUT REGARD TO THE PROPER PLACEMENT AND CONSIDERATION OF ANY FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OR USE OF WEBB STREET. HE WANTS DUQUESNE LIGHT COMPANY TO PLACE THE POLES IN AN AREA TO THE SIDE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.

IN FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR ONE OF THE TREES WHICH WAS TRIMMED EARLIER CAME DOWN, IT WAS DAMAGING TWO OTHER TREES IN THE BACK- YARD. THEY WANT THE PUC TO TELL DUQUESNE LIGHT TO CLEAN OUT THE MESS, THEY CREATED IN THEIR BACKYARD. THEY ALSO WANT PUC TO TELL DUQUESNE TO REPLACE THE LOST TREES FOR THEM.
