PRESENTLY THESE ARE (28) SEPARATE ELECTRIC METERS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL APARTMENTS, HE STATES IT WOULD BE MORE CONVENIENCE AND MORE ECONOMICAL TO HAVE ONE ELECTRIC METER. HE STATES HE HAS WRITTEN TO DUQUESNE LIGHT THE ELEC TRIC PROVIDER, REQUESTING THE CHANGE, BUT DUQUESNE LIGHT CAN'T PROCEED WITH- OUT A WAIVER FROM THE PUC. HE IS REQUESTING THE WAIVER TO ALLOW ONE MAIN ELECTRIC METER TO BE INSTALLED AT THE SHADY OAK APARTMENT BUILDING.

SHE WAS NOTIFIED BY DUQUESNE OF THE PROBLEM AND DROVE TO PITTSBURGH TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION. SHE HAD THE ELECTRICITY PUT IN HER NAME THEN. THEN SHE RECEIVED A BILL FOR OVER $600. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO CONSIDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE EVOLVEMENT OF THE SITUATION. SHE FEELS THAT THE TENANTS INVOLVED USED THE FOREIGN WIRING AS A WEAPON TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THE APT. WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT OF RENT OR ELECTRICITY. SHE FEELS THAT THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT OF THIS BILL.

HE STATES DUQUESNE LIGHT HAS MADE ERROR AFTER ERROR. HE WANTS THE PUC TO HELP HIM TO SETTLE THIS MATTER IN A FAIR AND JUST WAY THAT IS AGREEABLE TO BOTH PARTIES.

WANTS DUQUESNE TO BE FAIR AND NOT MAKE HIM BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A BILL THAT OCCURED WHEN HE WAS 15 YEARS OLD.
