MANY OF THESE INDIVIDUALS ALSO HAVE LIMITED SKILLS DUE TO MENTAL OR PHYSICAL PROBLEMS WHICH INCREASES FEAR OF TRAVELING TO PITTSBURGH. A SATELLITE DUQUESNE LIGHT OFFICE IN BEAVER COUNTY WOULD BE A TREMENDOUS HELP TO THEIR RESIDENTS IN ESTABLISHING SERVICE LOCALLY.
