Complainant called Duquesne after hearing about the bill, and again did not have the bill changed to their name. Comlainant states that after BCS investigation the bill was lowered to $8762, but the complainant states that since the bill was not issued in their name they should not have to pay. Complainant states that another shut off notice was received, and they sent in this complaint.Complainant wants the now $8800 amount of the bill taken off their account, and to investigate why they have their account designated commercial when the gas company has their account residential.
