THE LEASE IS A NET LEASE WITH MOTHERAL INC PAYING FOR ALL THE UTI- LITIES. PRESENTLY THESE ARE (28) SEPARATE ELECTRIC METERS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL APARTMENTS, HE STATES IT WOULD BE MORE CONVENIENCE AND MORE ECONOMICAL TO HAVE ONE ELECTRIC METER. HE STATES HE HAS WRITTEN TO DUQUESNE LIGHT THE ELEC TRIC PROVIDER, REQUESTING THE CHANGE, BUT DUQUESNE LIGHT CAN'T PROCEED WITH- OUT A WAIVER FROM THE PUC. HE IS REQUESTING THE WAIVER TO ALLOW ONE MAIN ELECTRIC METER TO BE INSTALLED AT THE SHADY OAK APARTMENT BUILDING.
