HE WANTS AN INVESTIGATION FURTHER INTO THIS PROBLEM.

C-2019-3011373 Closed 7/8/2019 Complainant states he believes Duquesne is trying to extort money from him by claiming twice that he was billed from the wrong meter and issuing a corrected bill. He has received a shut-off notice.
C-2010-2151018 Closed 1/4/2010 Complainant states having to call his HVAC service provider due to troubles with a failure of the 220 volt electric service which cost $298 total. He would like the PUC to have Duquesne Light reimburse the total amount of $298 and have them be responsible for monitoring and diagnosing problems with their service.
