SHE WANTS THE PUC TO SEND A STATE- MENT TO DUQUESNE LIGHT TELLING THEM HER BALANCE IS $0.
C-20066986 Closed 10/24/2006 COMPLAINANT STATES AROUND NOVEMBER 27, 2004 THEY SUFFERED AN ELECTRICAL POWER LOSS DUE TO A TRANSFORMER FAILURE. THE COMPANY MADE REPAIRS TO THE TRANSFORMER AND THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS RE-ENERGIZED. A FIRE THEN STARTED IN THE RE- PAIRED TRANSFORMER AND RESULTED IN ADDITIONAL POWER LOSS. COMPLAINANT DID NOT HAVE ELECTRICAL POWER UNTIL DECEMBER 1, 2004. AS A RESULT, COMPLAINANT LOST INVENTORY PROPERTY REQUIRING REFRIDGERATION AND INCOME WAS LOST.
