THEY WANT THE CASE TO BE INVESTIGATED AS TO WHEN THE MATCHING FUNDS PRO- GRAM WAS STOPPED. EXACTLY WHEN AND WHY THEY WERE REMOVED FROM IT, AND IF THEY WERE REMOVED DUE TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, THEY WANT TO BE RE-INSTATED.
