HE WANTS THE PUC TO ORDER THE COMPANY EMPLOYED BY DUQUESNE LIGHT COMPANY TO REPLACE THE TREES ILLEGALLY REMOVED AND THE AREA CLEANED OF THE MESS THEY CREATED.
