HE ALSO WANTS THE PUC TO INVESTIGATE WHY DUQUESNE LIGHT HAS BEEN SPYING ON ITS CUSTOMERS, AND POSSIBLY FINE THEM.

WANTS DUQUESNE TO BE FAIR AND NOT MAKE HIM BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A BILL THAT OCCURED WHEN HE WAS 15 YEARS OLD.
