HE WANTS PUC TO ISSUE FORMAL SANCTIONS AGAINST DUQUESNE LIGHT AND PROVIDE A DISCOUNT THROUGH STRATEGIC ENERGY AS COMPENSATION FOR THEIR FAILURE TO MEET REASONABLE METER READING STANDARDS.
C-20028402 Closed 8/28/2002 COMPLAINANT STATES DUQUESNE LIGHT IS REMOVING TRANSITION CHARGE FROM SOME ACCOUNTS AND NOT OTHERS. SHE FEELS THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND GROSSLY UNFAIR.
