Complainant called Duquesne after hearing about the bill, and again did not have the bill changed to their name. Comlainant states that after BCS investigation the bill was lowered to $8762, but the complainant states that since the bill was not issued in their name they should not have to pay. Complainant states that another shut off notice was received, and they sent in this complaint.Complainant wants the now $8800 amount of the bill taken off their account, and to investigate why they have their account designated commercial when the gas company has their account residential.

Complainant states that smart meters violate the law by identify electrices devices inside the home and when they are operate causing invasion of privacy, monitor household activity and occupancy violating rights and security, transmit wireless signals that can be intercepted by unauthorized and unknown parties, Data about occupants daily habits and activites colleted and entered into database, access to smart meter databases can allow individuals to review a permanent history of household activities complete with calendar and time of day metrics to gain highly invasive view of occupants lives, and other privacy concerns that are violated by the use of smart meters.Complainant states that any use of smart meters on his property will be viewed as tresspassing, stalking, wiretapping, and unlawful surveillance and endangerment of health and saftey and will be punishable by the law and criminal as wellas civil complaints.

Complainant wants the tampering fe rescinded, use updated triplex to reconnect service, provide a reasonable payment plan, and be re-imbursed for the inspecton cost.
