THEY REPORTED THAT THIS CHARGE WAS ALLOWED BY THE PUC. THEY STATE THAT ELECTRIC CHARGES WERE REASONABLE WHEN ENERGY PLUS WAS AVAILABLE; IT CLIMBED WHEN THAT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THEY WANT THE PUC TO INVESTIGATE THIS UNFAIR CHARGE AND STOP IT. AND IF POSSIBLE THEY WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE FEES THAT THEY HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY OVER THE LAST MONTHS.

WOULD LIKE AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS MATTER AND SEE IF IT WAS LEGAL FOR THEM TO CHARGE HER $200.
