HE FEELS THAT THIS IS UNFAIR, BECAUSE HE HAS KEPT TO THE AGREEMENT AS HE UNDERSTOOD IT. HE WANTS PP&L TO HONOR THEIR ORIGINAL AGREE- MENT OF 12/3/99, THAT HE WILL PAY HIS CURRENT BILL PLUS $40 EVERY MONTH UNTIL HIS BALANCE IS PAID OFF.

PPL SAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. SHE WANTS PUC TO ORDER PPL TO REIMBURSE CUSTOMERS WHO SUFFERED LOSSES DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
C-00992831 Closed 9/23/1999 COMPLAINANT STATES ON 8/2/98 HE CALLED PP&L AND SPOKE TO DAN STAUFFER TO INQUIRE ABOUT ELECTRIC SERVICE TO PROPERTY HE WAS BUILDING A HOME ON. HE ALSO ASKED ABOUT PUTTING HIS TRAVEL TRAILER ON PROPERTY UNTIL HOUSE WAS COM- PLETED. HE WAS TOLD IN ORDER TO SET TRAILER THERE HE WOULD HAVE TO SET A POLE AND PUT IN A TRANSFORMER WHICH WOULD COST $700 BECAUSE IT WASN'T CONSI- DERED A PERMANENT RESIDENCE. WAS TOLD ONCE WELL, SEPTIC AND FOUNDATION WAS IN FOR THE HOUSE HE COULD RUN ELECTRIC 500 FT FROM ROAD UNDERGROUND AT NO COST TO HIM. WHEN HIS CONTRACOTR CALLED IN JUNE OF 1999 TO GET ELECTRIC RUN TO HOUSE HE WAS TOLD THERE WAS A $1,100 CHARGE FOR A TRANSFORMER. THIS CHARGE WAS A CHANGE FROM THE FIRST TIME THAT MR CONDON CALLED PP&L. COMPLAINANT WANTS REFUNDED FOR THE $1,100 WHICH WAS PAID FOR TRANSFORMER.

INSTALLAT- ION OF UTILITY POLE IN THIS AREA, EVEN IF PLACED ON TOWNSHIP PROPERTY CLOSER TO THE ROAD, WILL CAUSE A TRAFFIC HAZZARD BY CREATING A VISUAL IMPAIRMENT OF THE ROAD. ALSO ANY POLE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF HIS HOUSE WILL CAUSE HIS PROPERTY TO DEVALUATE. HE WANTS THE PUC TO PROHIBIT PP&L FROM INSTALLING ANY NEW UTILITY POLES OF ANY TYPE ON HIS PROPERTY.
C-20027675 Closed 5/23/2002 COMPLAINANT STATES ON 8/9/00, HE RECEIVED A 10-DAY SHUT OFF NOTICE ALONG WITH A $387.41 BILL AFTER HAVING A ZERO BALANCE. A METER MIX-UP IS HOW IT WAS DESCRIBED. HE WANTS THE PUC TO CLEAR THIS UNJUST DEBT.
