WOULD LIKE STEPS TO CORRECT THE LACK OF HAVING SUFFI- CIENT REPAIR CREWS AVAILABLE TO AREA. SIMPLE FUSE BLOW-OUTS SHOULD BE REPAIR- ED MUCH FASTER.
C-00004034 Closed 8/11/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES ON 9/3/99 HE PURCHASED KELLY'S MOTOR COACH INN AND CHANGED THE NAME TO KELLEY'S POCONO CREST FROM AMENROD ENTERPRISE. AT THE TIME, MR. PALLAGHY (570-296-8821) CHANGED THE BILLING OF THE ELECTRIC COMPANY PP&L INTO HIS COMPANY. WELL UNBEKNOWN TO HIM, THERE ARE SIX (6) ACCOUNTS WITH PP&L. FIVE ACCOUNTS WERE TURNED OVER TO HIS COMPANY BUT THE SIXTH REMAINED IN THE NAME OF AMENROD ENTERPRISE. HE NEVER RECEIVED A BILL FOR SAID ACCOUNT IT WAS ALWAYS ADDRESSED TO AMENROD ENTERPRISE. THE FIRST TIME HE WAS AWARE OF SAID BILL WAS IN JANUARY OF 2000 WHEN PP&L CAME IN TO TURN THE ELECTRICITY OFF TO THE HOTEL. AFTER CALLING THE COMPANY THEY PROMISED TO CHANGE THE BILL- ING INTO HIS COMPANIES NAME AND DELETE WHAT EVER BELONGS TO AMENROD ENTERPRISE FROM THE BILL. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS NEVER HAPPENED. HE REQUEST THAT THE ELEC- TRICITY NOT BE SHUT OFF AND THAT THE BILLING BE DONE IN HIS COMPANIES NAME.

PENN COLOR INC WANTS THE COMMISSION TO ISSUE AN ORDER DIRECTING PP&L TO APPLY THE INTERRUPTIBLE RATE TO PENN COLOR RETROACTIVE TO MARCH 1997.
C-00992838 Closed 9/24/1999 COMPLAINANT STATES ON SEPTEMBER BILL ON ELECTRIC SERVICE ACCOUNT NO 09820- 27565 HE WAS ON BUDGET BILLING PROGRAM, AND THE BILLING WAS HIGHER THAN THE USAGE BY $39.88 THUS QUALIFYING FOR THE 1% INTEREST. PP&L ONLY PAID $.07, WHICH IS HALF OF ONE PERCENT (1/2%) THUS VIOLATING THEIR TARIFF.
