C-2011-2227711 Closed 2/22/2011 Complainant states PPL has not supplied him with their future Vegetation Management Plan or the federal directive that they state they have to abide by for changes that will be made to the 430 kV Brunner Island to West Shore transmission line. He would like the PUC to request PPL provide the requested information, develop vegetation removal plans that only removes the vegetation directly involved with the new towers paths, and to remove tainted topsoil from under existing towers and to renovate any damages returning land to its original condition prior to construction.
