SHE WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE PPL INSTALL A MONITOR, AND SHE WANTS THE PUC TO LET HER KNOW WHAT HER OPTIONS ARE.

HE STATES THAT THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL LOAD, AND A HEATER WAS RE- MOVED TO HELP CONTROL THE BILL. PPL ALSO CHANGED THE TRANSFORMER, AND THE BILLS "WENT NUTS" AFTER THIS. HE WANTS THE PUC TO FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH HE OWES AND MEDIATE A PAYMENT PLAN.
