PPL rebuilt it because they accepted responsibility for it getting knocked down. The wall has collapsed again because the contractor PP&L hired did not do it correctly. It will cost more than 30k to repair. PP&L refuses to provide the name of the contractor and repair the wall.

PPL CREDITED THEIR ACCOUNT $794.36, BUT THEY ARE UNWILLING TO CREDIT THE $381.00. THEIR SUB- SEQUENT BILLS WERE FOR $7.83 AND $10.00. COMPLAINANTS WANT PPL TO CREDIT THEIR ACCOUNT AND THEY WANT TO HAVE ACTUAL READINGS TAKEN EACH MONTH, TO AVOID THIS IN THE FUTURE.
