ALL THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION FROM COMPLAINANT'S. ON OR ABOUT 5/27/99 PP&L CONTRACTOR JEFFRY BURKHARDT D/B/A BURKHARDT EXCAVATING REMOVED ADDITIONAL SOIL AND ROCKS FROM COMPLAINANT'S PROPERTY AND GAVE AWAY OR SOLD MATERIAL TO ADJOINING LANDOWNERS, AGAIN THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT COMPLAINANT'S KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. STATES PP&L WRONGFULLY TOOK THEIR PROPERTY WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT AND WITHOUT ANY LEGAL AUTHORITY. REQUEST THE COMMISSION FIND THAT PP&L HAS ACTED UNREASONABLY AND VIOLATED SECTION 1501 OF THE PUC CODE AND IMPOSE APPROPRIATE PENALTIES AND FINE AND SUCH OTHER RELIEF AS IT DEEMS JUST.

HE ASKED IF THEY HAD JUST MOVED THERE, HE TOLD THEM THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A NAME FOR THE METER. THEY WERE TOLD THEY HAD A BILL OF $835.17 PAYABLE IN 12 MONTHS. THEY WANT PP&L TO AGREE WITH A MEETING THEM HALFWAY ON THE BILL.
