THEY WANT PUC TO TELL PPL THAT IT IS THEIR NEGLIGENCE NOT TO SEND A BILL TO THE LANDLORD AND THAT IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE TOTAL BILL. THEY THINK THEY OWE ONLY A PARTIAL PAYMENT.

HE STATES HE HAS TRIED PP&L CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT IS ALWAYS PUT ON HOLD. THEY ARE ASKING SINCE THEY ARE ON A BUDGET THAT THEY STILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY ON THE ONTRACK PROGRAM AND PAY $100.00 A MONTH.
