SHE STATES NOW SHE RECEIVED A BILL FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF $3,132.92 BY 7/11/00. SHE WANTS TO SEE IF PUC CAN GET THIS PROBLEM STRAIGHTENED OUT AND SHE CAN GET BACK TO HER AGREEMENT WITH PP&L. |

THE FIRST TIME HE WAS AWARE OF SAID BILL WAS IN JANUARY OF 2000 WHEN PP&L CAME IN TO TURN THE ELECTRICITY OFF TO THE HOTEL. AFTER CALLING THE COMPANY THEY PROMISED TO CHANGE THE BILL- ING INTO HIS COMPANIES NAME AND DELETE WHAT EVER BELONGS TO AMENROD ENTERPRISE FROM THE BILL. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS NEVER HAPPENED. HE REQUEST THAT THE ELEC- TRICITY NOT BE SHUT OFF AND THAT THE BILLING BE DONE IN HIS COMPANIES NAME. |

THEREFORE THEY WERE FORCED TO DIG THE TRENCH 100 FEET FROM POLE IN THE YARD, TO THE POLE ON ROAD. A SHORT TIME LATER, HE LEARNED THAT THE POLE IN THE YARD SHOULD HAVE BEEN ACCPETABLE. HE WANTS PP&L TO REIMBURSE HIM FOR ADDED EXPENSE OF DIGGING TRENCH FROM EXISTING POLE IN YARD TO POLE ON ROAD. |
