COMPLAINANT STATES THAT BECAUSE OF NOT BEING PLACED ON THE INTERRUPTIBLE RATE, IT PAID MORE THAN $10,000 PER MONTH MORE FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE FROM SEPTEMBER 1995 TO SEPTEMBER 1996 THAN IT WOULD HAVE UNDER THE INTERRUPTIBLE RATE. COMPLAINANT WOULD LIKE TO: 1) HAVE INTERRUPTIBLE RATE APPLIED RETROACTIVE TO SEPTEMBER 28, 1995; 2) BE PLACED ON THE INTERRUPTIBLE POWER RATE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY; 3) RECEIVE ANY OTHER RE- LIEF THAT COMMISSION IS AUTHORIZED TO ORDER.
