MOREOVER, THEY THINK THE PUC SHOULD INVESTIGATE THE ACCOUNTING PRACTICES AT PP&L THAT WOULD ALLOW IT TO BILL US APPROXIMATELY $5,400 FOR SUCH A LIMITED AMOUNT OF WORK.
