COMPLAINANTS STATE THAT IN APRIL 1996 THEY APPLIED FOR MORTGAGE AND WERE DENIED FOR UNPAID BILL ON CREDIT RECORD. COMPLAINANTS SAY THAT COMPANY OFFERED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OF MIS-APPLIED PAYMENTS, BUT THAT IN SEPTEMBER OF 1996, COMPLAINANTS WERE DENIED A CAR LOAN DUE TO ANOTHER BAD MARK ON CREDIT REPORT. COMPLAINANTS WOULD LIKE THEIR CREDIT REPORT TO BE CLEARED.
