HE WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE PPL EXPLAIN THE HUGE KWH DISCREPANCIES IN HIS BILLS, EXPLAIN WHERE THE CREDIT WAS GIVEN, AND EXPLAIN WHO PAID FOR THE ELECTRIC SERVICE IN HIS APART- MENT.

HE STATES HE SIGNED PAPERS LETTING PP&L PUT A POLE ON HIS LAND, HE HAS A POLE 54 FEET FROM STATE ROAD. INSTEAD OF PUTTING A POLE ACROSS OTHER SIDE OF ROAD TO THAT POLE, THEY RAN WIRES OF HIS 54 FEET AND CUT 180 FEET OF TREES. HE WOULD FIRST WANT PUC AGREEMENT TO COME AND MEASURE POLE TO TRACK TO SEE THE LIE INVOLVED, THEN IT CAN GO ON FROM THERE.
