WANTS A REFUND OF $728.73 TO HIM (ACTUAL $1,178.73 LESS AVERAGE BILLING $450.00, DIFFERENCE OF $728.73 AND TO FURTHER CORRECT ANY FUTURE BILLING PROBLEMS WHICH CAUSE THESE INCORRECT BILLING SPIKES. |
