SO WHEN HE LIVED AT 328 S 45TH ST ALTHOUGH ALL BILLS WERE PAID IN A TIMELY MANNER THERE WERE A HUGE CARRIVED OVER WHICH IS ACTUALLY NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY. TO INVESTIAGE THE ORGIN OF THE $521 PECO CLAIM THAT HE SUPPOSIBLY OWES THEM.
