INSTEAD, THEY CHOSE TO DEFACE AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY(IES) BY REMOVING THE BRICKS THAT HAD SECURED THE BRACKETS FOR MANY YEARS. HE STATES THIS IS IRRE- SPONSIBLE, UNSAFE AND UNSOUND TO MOUNT THE BRACKET TO THE BARGE BOARD WHICH IS WOOD AND IS PART OF THE ROOFING SYSTEM OF THE HOUSE. |
