NO WHERE ON HER BILL DID IT TELL HER WHAT THESE CHARGES WERE FOR OR THE TOTAL OF HOW MUCH THEY THOUGHT THAT SHE OWED. HOW IS SHE SUPPOSE TO KNOW IF THESE AR HER CHARGES AND WHEN THEY WOULD STOP. SHE RECEIVED NO WARNING OR NO EXPLANATION. SHE CALLED BOTH COMPANIES TO GET THE TOTAL OWED AND EXACTLY WHAT MONTHS SHE WAS BEING BILLED FOR AND FROM BOTH SHE GOT TOLD THE OTHER COMPANYHAD THAT INFORMATION AND THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM. SHE WANTS THE CHARGES TO BE FORGIVEN OR A VERY MINIMAL PAYMENT PLAN.

WANTS $60 RECONNECTION CHARGE APPLIED TO ACCOUNT, AND TO ANSWER CUSTOMER SERVICE LINES IN PHILADELPHIA IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND TO DESIST CUSTOMER SHUT-OFFS (ON MONDAY MORNINGS) UNTIL THEY HAVE POSTED PAYMENTS FROM PREVIOUS WEEKEND.

CAUSING HIM TO LOSE THE WHOLE DAY OF BUSINESS. PLUS THEY FORCED HIM TO PAY $1,600 OF THE $500 BALANCE OWED. THEY NEVER SENT PRIOR NOTICE OF A SHUT-OFF. WANTS PECO TO PAY HIM FOR HIS LOSSES. LOSS OF BUSINESS, PAYROLL OF EMPLOYEES THAT WORKED THAT DAY, THE $1,600 THEY CHARGED TO TURN ELECTRIC BACK ON.
Z-00755600 Closed 4/20/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES ON MONDAY, 4/3/00, PECO TURNED OFF ELECTRICITY. HE HAS BEEN WITHOUT SERVICE SINCE THAT TIME OF APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS. IT WAS NEGOTIATED FOR ELECTRICITY TO BE TURNED BACK ON HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $720 INSTEAD OF $1,017.38, THE TOTAL BILL. UNFORTUNATELY HE IS UNABLE TO PAY THE $720 IN ONE LUMP SUM PAYMENT. HE WOULD LIKE THE $720 PAYMENT TO BE SPLIT INTO TWO PAYMENTS OF $360 EACH.

THE OWNER HAD MOVED OUT OF 6928 LARGE STREET IN AUGUST OF 1999. THERE- FORE, SHE CAN NOT GO TO THEM TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. SHE WANTS TO PAY FOR ONLY THE SERVICE THAT SHE RECEIVES.

HE WANTS PECO PROHIBITED FROM TAKING ANY ACTION TO COLLECT THE BILL AND DAMAGING HIS CREDIT RATING AND TO REMOVE ANY RECORD OF INDEBTEDNESS OF HIS TO PECO.

ALSO FROM SAID STANDPIPE FEED ELECTRICAL WIRES RUN ALONG HER EASTWALL TO THE REAR OF HER PROPERTY TURNING WESTWARD ALONG HER SOUTH WALL CONTINUING TO THE REAR OF 6766 AND 6768 MARSHALL ROAD. THIS CONDITION RENDERS HER PROPERTY AS A SUB-STATION OF SORTS, SO TO SPEAK, CREATING A HAZARDOUS CONDITION. SHE WOULD LIKE PECO TO RECTIFY THIS UNSAFE CONDITION.
