TWO WEEKS LATER, SHE SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING, SHE WENT UPSTAIRS TO DISCOVER THAT THE REFRIGERA- TOR WHICH HAD ITS DOORS OPEN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT IN USE HAD BEEN RUNNING - THE COMPRESSOR CONSEQUENTLY BURNED OUT AND WATER FROM THE FRIDGE HAD CAUSED THE TILES ON KITCHEN FLOOR TO RISE UP. THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE PECO WORKER MISTAKENLY TURNED ELECTRIC ON TO UNOCCUPIED OFFICIALLY SHUT-OFF 2ND FLOOR. SHE CALLED PECO ON OR ABOUT 7/2/01 AS SOON AS SHE DISCOVERED THEIR MISTAKE. SHE STATES SHE HAS A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR AND A WATER DAMAGED FLOOR AS A DIRECT RESULT OF PECO VISITING HER HOME. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO HOLD PECO RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED FLOORING AND BROKEN REFRIGERATOR THAT HAPPENED AS A RESULT OF THEM BEING AT HER HOME. PECO SHOULD PAY FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSED.
