Complaintant states that if she was already on budgetbilling her bill would not have been $121.25 and her credit would coverthe bill for August that she did not receive until September. Complaintant states that she is disputing her August bill. Complaintant wants it credited, since it was PECO's mistake.

Complaintant states that there has been numerous other days with electric interruptions lasting hours causing work to stop. Complaintant states that PECO had a above ground cable runnin gfrom one manhole to another manhole continuosly getting runned over by trucks. Complaintant states that PECO promised to put the cable back undergound and failed to ge tit done. Complaintant states cable was finally put underground on September 26, but said other cables needed replaced as well. Complaintant states the job is still incomplete. Complaintant states that figurin gout total cost of outages and disruptions is hard, but Peco should realize the importance of the problem and if not be prepared for legal action.

Complaintant states that PECO said he broke a agreement wit hthe PUC, but complaintant says that when he called the PUC there was no agreement.Complaintant states that he is trying to pa off bill, but needs help with a payment plan that is affordable.

Complaintant states that she should not be paying $300 a month for electric, when she does not have electric heat. Complaintant tates since she did not receive a paer bill, she paid the amount she could afford.Complaintant states that she paid $2500 in December and $800 in June and August. Complaintant states that PECO denies that she made a $1048 payment. Complaintant states that she was told since she used a credit card that the payment was unacceptable. Complaintant also says PECO denied complaintant being able to set up a $539 a month automated deduction. Complaintant wants a payment term that is automatically deducted from complaintant's checking account or Complaintant would like to be able to pa with her credit card.

F-2011-2270945 Closed 10/20/2011 Complaintant states that in August 2009, a call was place to PECO to change the electric bill to James Dandridge, who was a friend of complaintant' s daughter. Complaintant states that in August 2011, Mr. Dandridge moved out and she found out the bill was in his name. Complaintan tstates that on August 19th, 2011 she called PECO to have the bill in her name. Complaintant found out after her application to change service in her name was denied, due to an outstanding balance by Mr. Dandridge. Complaintant states that PECO told her that she was responsible for the balance since she benefited from the service. Complaintant states that she investigated and found out all the bills from 2009 until present had been paid. COmplaintan tstates they called PUC, and was told to pay all bils, which complaintant did.Complaintant states that the PUC representative informed her that Mr. Dandridge had a outstanding balnce at a previous address and when he moved the balance became her responsibility. Complaintant wants the PECO bill in her name and not t obe held responsible for someone else's balance.
C-2011-2272850 Closed 11/7/2011 Complaintant states that on August 21, 2011 an electrical surge or disruption occured. Complaintant states the elecric flickered and came back on between 3pm- 3:20pm. Complaintant states that when the electricity came back on the television had blown up, the refridgerator was almost lost as well as a cold/hot water dispenser. Complaintant had found out a wire came down on Audubon Road. Complaintant states that a representative told them that a pole was hit, but no repair work was require to fix the pole. Complaintant states that the stress from the wires being stretched caused the wire to snap and this caused the flickering that destroyed thier appliances. Complaintant states that if PECO would have fixed the problem immediately this would not have occured. Complaintant wants PECO to do the right thingand fix the problem.
C-2011-2268126 Closed 10/13/2011 Complaintant states that PECO applied a contract minimum of 560 KW to all of complaintant's bill during non-summer months since June 2008.Complaintnat states that PECO should have applied limits of 200/500 KW with an off-peak maximum of 600 KW. Complaintnat states that PECO's mistake has cost a total of $145,683.55.Complaintant states that PECO placed them on rate GS, instead of a more suitable rate structure. Complaintnat would like refunded for the overcharges or credit between the rates and charges which were imposed under rate GS. Complaintnat would also like pre-judgement cost and other relief that the commission deems appropriate.

Complaintant states hat due to emergency circumstances a contractor restored service, and they gave PECO $400 of a $700 bill and PECO once again shut off the power. Complaintant states that PECO said that complaintant had no right having someone turning back on the power, but complaintant needed the power for a guest wit ha breathing machine. Complaintant states that the box connected is connected to his house and is his property and the meter is connected to the box. Complaintant states that PECO trespassed on his property to turn off the power.Complaintant states that if PECO wants to shut off power that they can do it from the pole. Complaintnat states that PECOis charging a $925.00 tampering fee and the total bill is $1300 for service t obe restored. Complaintant wants to be treated fairly with shut off notice in advance and to have the tampering fee removed.
C-2011-2258632 Closed 8/19/2011 Complaintant states that PECO technician indicated foreign wiring was suspected, as the house is a duplex. Later, another inspecton was requested after no foreign wiring was found. The inspector that came found no foreign wiring. Complaintant states that her name was then taken off the account and she did not owe anything. Complaintant states she then got a letter from a collecton department. Complaintant called PECO and found out the report sasid foreign wiring corrected, which meant she was responsible for al charges. Complaintant wants to know why the report was not corrected, and wants refunded for the amount she paid PECO.

Complaintant states they have a re-connect fee, but they never had their service cut off. Complaintant states a nurse called PECO, who was taking care of a relative staying with complaintant and was told a shut off notice would have to be relevent. Complaintant states that three weeks after this call they were told to pa $500 deposit and their monthly bill.Complaintant wants the bill reviewed from September 1, 2010 to July 1, 2011, and for the $500 deposit to be dismissed. Complaintant would liek any credit accued to be put on thei rPECO account.
