COmplaintan tstates they called PUC, and was told to pay all bils, which complaintant did.Complaintant states that the PUC representative informed her that Mr. Dandridge had a outstanding balnce at a previous address and when he moved the balance became her responsibility. Complaintant wants the PECO bill in her name and not t obe held responsible for someone else's balance. |
