Complaintant states that the meters were mixed up at PECO's office. Complaintant states that they did not make the mistake and should not have to pay for it.

Complaintant has paid in full all electric and gas bills as of August 4, 2011.Complaintant states that there is alate charge of $10.22 for the revenue protection charge, which is not a service, therefore violating the law. Complaintant wants the revenue protection charge explained as its importance, and billed seperately from the normal service bill for gas and electric.Complaintant also wants all questons asked through customer service answered and all cost that come from the complaint including attorney fees paid.

Complaintant states that they found out outstanding bill of $24,000 for Agnes Farrell, who is the complaintant's deceased Grandmother. In the Spring of 2011, complaintant's power was shut off. Complaintant states that their power was restored May 2nd, 2011. Complaintant states that bills continuedbeing mailed in their Grandmother's name. Complaintant states that they had damaged lines causing power to be out, and were told that property owner was responsible for maintenance to breaker box, meter box, and power lines on side of home. Complaintant called electrician and power restored. Complaintant states that PECO disconnected service, although a theft of ID was in process. Complaintant states that PECO told them power could be restored due to dispute. Complaintant states tha tnumerous other times power has been disconnected and restored, Complaintant states that her bill is $33,358.00 as of October 7,2011. Complaintant wants to have electrical service back and for PECO to correct the bill.
